The ERP Practice Director leads Healthlink Advisors' national ERP consulting services practice.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the ERP Practice, including service offering definition, proposal development, staffing, and project delivery.
- Nurture a positive relationship with ERP solution vendors to understand product, market direction, industry approach, and technology standards.
- Work with firm leadership to create growth plans and service directories to define the consulting offerings and grow new and established services in the market.
- Work closely with client management teams to expand business opportunities and ensure quality delivery. Promote and build our referral-based business through the delivery of excellent services.
- Manage and track engagement economics, including resource forecasting, engagement budget, margin goals, and scope management.
- Contribute to firm thought leadership regarding ERP systems, hospital operations, and industry trends. Author perspectives and participate in national webinars regarding the service line, offering, and potential solutions.
- Participate in the business planning process and account planning with various teams inside the firm.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery quality, client relationships, client satisfaction, and value is delivered at the highest level.
- Responsible for building a strong team environment, to ensure the ERP team is a high-functioning team following the core values of Healthlink Advisors. - Assist in the development of and work within the firm’s methodology. Serve as a champion for the development of standard tools, frameworks, methodologies, and trainings that may be utilized in the ERP practice.
- Plays a key role in identifying add-on business for clients and develops statements of work to support contract development.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment within the firm. A hero mentality or a one-person-only approach will not work well in our firm’s culture.
- Manages multiple engagements by preparing work plans and budgets, assembling teams to staff projects, preparing and/or assisting resources in preparing project deliverables, and managing client relations.
- Works with the recruiting team to staff engagements and forecast upcoming resource needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5 years of consulting experience
- Expert-level experience with ERP products, technology and/or relevant industry expertise
- Strong understanding of the professional services healthcare IT industry, especially for the ERP operational areas.
- Experience working with implementation methodologies and/or equivalent client-mandated project management methodology.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead and develop people.
