SUMMARY
We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Business Continuity Data Analyst to join our Organizational Resiliency team. This position will serve as a lead on project engagement activities to support data-driven decision-making, risk assessments, and business continuity planning by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data. This role will also assist in shaping our service line strategy, innovation, and offerings. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of business continuity, strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in helping be part of our growing organizational resiliency service line.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, organize, and analyze business continuity data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead project coordination, execution, and project deliverable content.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical functions, dependencies, and vulnerabilities within the healthcare system.
- Develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Assisted in developing, testing, and validating business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Support compliance with regulatory and industry business continuity and risk management standards.
- Assist in responding to audits and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and risks to shape our offering in this high-growth healthcare segment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business continuity planning, risk management, or emergency management within a healthcare setting.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- A deep understanding of risk management and business continuity principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Internship or project experience in business continuity, risk management, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with business continuity management tools or frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, FEMA, DRII).
