We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on attracting and securing top-tier professionals who align with our culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement recruiting plans to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing on roles in advisory consulting and healthcare IT.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Leverage modern recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage top talent.
- Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and service line leaders to define job requirements and establish success criteria for each role.
- Provide market insights and consultative support to ensure effective and timely hiring decisions.
- Work closely with the Resource Manager on consultant availability.
- Candidate Experience:
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding:
- Enhance Healthlink Advisors’ employer brand to attract high-quality talent through targeted outreach efforts and participation in industry events.
- Advocate for the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in an advisory or professional services consulting firm.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring roles in healthcare IT, technology consulting, or related sectors.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a recruiting team
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of consulting firm dynamics and talent needs.
- Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and JazzHR
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving hiring targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting.
