Client has requested Healthlink Advisors provide a PACS imaging architect to assist with troubleshooting PACS-related issues. The resource will be available on an ad hoc basis to assist the RUSH imaging team with analyzing and mitigating support issues. The services will include the following:

Assist with troubleshooting of issues in the enterprise imaging environment. Core support areas include PACS, VNA, modality integration, and agreed-upon third-party solutions.
Participate in vendor discussions to address support issues.
Document mitigation options and provide oversight of steps required to resolve issues.
Evaluate universal viewer options for a potential replacement of Vitrea viewer.
