Need to be Epic PB certified

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or Epic system administration.
Previous experience with Epic PB, hospital or professional billing, and claims processing is strongly preferred.

Epic Professional Billing Certification (required or must be obtained within a designated timeframe upon hiring).
Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Charge Router, Claims, Resolute HB/PB) are a plus.

Proficiency in Epic PB configuration, work queues, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of billing regulations, payer rules, and revenue cycle workflows.
Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, or BI tools for reporting and data analysis is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
